Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Chennai. The Staff Nurse will provide exceptional patient care, including monitoring patient health, assisting during diagnostic and therapeutic fetal procedures, and recording patient medical histories and symptoms. Key responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment for procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a clean and safe medical environment, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, monitoring, and care delivery
- Experience in prenatal care, obstetrics, and fetal medicine is highly desirable
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient care
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Basic knowledge of operating diagnostic equipment and adhering to infection control protocols
- Valid nursing license and completion of a diploma or degree in nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to emergencies
- Attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being
