Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse, based in Bengaluru South. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed treatments and medications, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining detailed healthcare records. The role also involves liaising with doctors and healthcare providers, educating patients and families about health management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborative teamwork and compassionate patient interaction are vital aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and assistance with medical procedures.
- Ability to maintain detailed healthcare records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families about health management and provide emotional support.
- Experience in handling chronic health conditions, particularly in Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology, is preferred.
- Knowledge of AYUSH treatments and postnatal care is a plus.
- Qualification in Nursing with current registration as a Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centric care with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
