Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse for a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medication, and assisting doctors during medical procedures. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing patients for examinations, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong caregiving and patient care skills, including monitoring patient health and addressing their concerns
- Proficiency in administering medications, preparing patients for medical procedures, and assisting physicians
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and document care processes effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control practices
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and interact with patients and families
- Relevant nursing qualifications and current registration with a recognized nursing board
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ability to handle emergencies professionally
