Job Description:-
- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their clinical condition and treatment plan.
- Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patients for any deterioration or adverse reactions and promptly report abnormalities to the doctor/Nursing In-charge.
- Maintain proper medication administration practices, including the right patient, drug, dose, route, time, and documentation.
- Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
