Job Title: Staff Nurse – ICU & Emergency

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our ICU and Emergency Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring critical patients, and assisting doctors in emergency and intensive care procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
Respond quickly and effectively during medical emergencies.
Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient management.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and care procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years experience in ICU or Emergency Department
Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration
Required Skills
Strong clinical and critical care knowledge
Ability to work in high-pressure emergency situations
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency protocols
