Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Support Staff member to assist in the smooth functioning of daily clinical operations. The role involves supporting doctors and nursing teams, ensuring proper patient care coordination, maintaining documentation, and upholding hygiene and safety standards within the clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily clinical operations and patient care support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support doctors and healthcare teams during procedures and routines
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to senior staff
- Coordinate with shift teams for smooth workflow
- Deliver quality patient service with empathy and professionalism
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
- Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts
- Responsible, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
