Ananya's Nana Nani Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care for senior citizens in a residential care home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring residents' health, administering medications, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the overall well-being of elderly residents.
📋 Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide comprehensive nursing care to senior citizens.
✅ Monitor and record vital signs and residents' health status.
✅ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
✅ Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing care.
✅ Assist residents with daily healthcare needs and personal care when required.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
✅ Observe and report changes in residents' health condition to the medical team.
✅ Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards are maintained.
✅ Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
✅ Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and their families.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Diploma in Nursing.
✅ Valid Nursing Council registration is preferred.
✅ 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, elder care, or healthcare setting.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
