About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. This is a critical role requiring a strong individual contributor who can take complete ownership of complex systems and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing microservices-based architectures, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production problems
- Build and optimize enterprise-level ad solution platforms
- Conduct code reviews and manage technical debt effectively
- Handle release deployments and production support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in application development using Golang
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture and REST API development
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and software architecture
- Experience in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to write optimized algorithms
- Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
- Experience with databases such as:
- Cassandra
- PostgreSQL
- Couchbase
- Other NoSQL databases
