We’re supporting a fast-growing Agentic AI product company, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a technology centre in Bangalore, India, in building its core engineering team.

They’re hiring a Staff Full-Stack Developer to architect and scale end-to-end product systems across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated platform layers.

This is a senior individual contributor role with strong architectural ownership and influence across the stack.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale end-to-end full-stack systems
• Architect backend services in Java (Spring Boot, microservices)
• Build modern front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript
• Integrate LLM agents, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration workflows
• Define and own API contracts across frontend, third-party, and enterprise integrations
• Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security across services
• Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
• Influence platform-level architecture and technical direction
• Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar

What you Bring

• 9+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (or similar)
• Solid frontend architecture and performance optimisation skills
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable in 0→1 and fast-scaling startup environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-native or LLM-powered products
• Exposure to vector databases and retrieval systems
• Prior work in high-growth SaaS or platform startups
