Role
- BMC platform development responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree or related software equivalent experience.
Required Experience/Skills
- Hands-on firmware development in C and C++
- Knowledge and experience in protocols and technology related to BMC (IPMI, I2C, SPI, RedFish, REST, OS Internals etc.)
- AMD and Intel server architecture experience
- Knowledge of Software development processes, working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams.
- Knowledge on using debugging tools
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring/developing junior staff members
Proficient Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and debug methodology skills expected.
- Proficient at recognizing complex problems related to functional objectives.
- Applies creativity and judgment to developmental work on different projects within the business environment.
- Ability to analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes.
- Capable of controlling work priorities and methods requiring trade-offs.
