- Collaborate with Global PE and sourcing teams to conduct Indian new supplier assessments(QSA/TSA) and follow up the findings improvement verification.
- Support new component qualification across all categories, DFx risk assessment and mitigation, NPI issue analysis and solving, Process audit with a primary focus in Indian suppliers and EMS factories.
- Drive Indian local suppliers’ manufacturing yield improvement from early development through mass production phases to meet on-time delivery. Lead quality problem-solving through failure analysis, root cause verification and systematic corrective action implementation validation in Indian local suppliers and EMS factories.
- Continuously monitor supplier KPIs and perform periodic onsite audits. Take effective action to address abnormal trends and urgent quality issues.
- Co-work with cross function team on PCN review and verification related Indian suppliers application or affected.
- Conduct quarterly supplier scoring and annual QSA/TSA audit for Indian suppliers to make sure suppliers’ consistent compliant with moto’s requirement, identify risks and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality systems, processes, and capabilities.
- Support Global PE to execute PCSS project or other initiatives extended in Indian suppliers and follow up action implementation tracking.
