We are hiring a Staff Engineer (Full Stack) to design scalable systems, lead architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and build scalable, high-performance applications
• Lead architecture and system design decisions
• Develop and scale APIs and microservices
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
Required Skills
• Strong experience in JavaScript and Node.js
• Proficiency in React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MERN stack
• Experience with Express.js, REST APIs, and microservices
• Strong understanding of system design and scalability
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization
• Exposure to AI concepts such as prompt engineering
