Job Title: Staff Engineer – GTM AI

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer – GTM AI to lead the technical vision, architecture, and scalability of our AI-driven platform supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. This role focuses on building reliable, high-performance systems while aligning technology with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the architecture and long-term health of the AI platform
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and real-time intelligence systems
- Establish best practices for AI governance, observability, and performance monitoring
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Define and maintain data integrity through a “Golden Record” strategy
- Identify, assess, and mitigate system risks proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in system architecture and scalable platforms
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- PostgreSQL
- Event-driven architectures
- Strong focus on reliability, observability, and engineering excellence
- Proven experience in technical leadership and architectural decision-making
Nice to Have
- Experience in building AI/ML platforms
- Exposure to GTM systems, CRM, or revenue technology
- Knowledge of data governance and AI evaluation frameworks
