About the role

Roles & Responsibilities • Minimum 2Yrs. of Experience. • Provide L1 and partly L2 support services. • Basic/good knowledge of inhouse network infrastructure (Switching, Firewall, AccessPoints UPS, VideoConference). • Basic/good knowledge of PC and MAC hardware • Basic/good knowledge AV/VC equipment and preferable be familiar with ZOOM and Teams. • Basic/good knowledge of CCTV system and building access • Must have good social and communicational skills. • Can work easily with all levels in the organization and with different nationalities and cultures. Specially with C-levels.
