Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SaaS B2B Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation within the SaaS B2B space. The role includes conducting market research, optimizing channels for paid campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and using data to measure and improve performance. Engaging with customers to ensure that their needs are met and providing exceptional service will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and proven ability to design and executive B2B campaigns
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and lead conversion strategies within the SaaS domain
- Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service and understanding client needs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimizations
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sectors is highly beneficial
