Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site staff role based in Bengaluru. The role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to smooth operational execution and organizational success. Daily tasks may include coordinating administrative activities, supporting team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. The candidate will play a key role in facilitating daily business processes and operations to meet team goals and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively
  • Adaptability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
