𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who is eager to gain hands-on experience across financial operations, payroll, compliance, and reporting in a fast-paced startup environment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and spreadsheets
• Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements
• Maintain payroll records and assist with statutory deductions and compliance
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related requirements
• Assist with GST, TDS, compliance, and audit-related documentation when required
• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial compliance
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
