Training is a top priority for us! As one of the largest employers in Münster, we offer training in more than 35 different professions. Around 300 young people are currently completing their apprenticeships or dual studies with us. Over 100 people are currently pursuing professional development. In order to meet the growing demand for young talent – ​​especially in administrative professions – and to become even more attractive to students and trainees, the city of Münster is currently working on a new, innovative element: the training campus – a forum for practice-oriented learning, creative working methods, exciting networking opportunities and personal development. To ensure that the training campus is a win-win for students and trainees, as well as for the city administration, we need strong internal and external marketing. We're looking for you! Your tasks: As part of the "Training and Marketing" team, you will develop an external and internal marketing strategy for the training campus. They network with various departments of the city administration, which take on practical training tasks within the framework of the training campus. They are working on the "Abilücke 2026" project, expanding school marketing and supporting the further development of offers for Boys' Day or career exploration. Together with colleagues from employer and training marketing, you will further develop existing marketing tools and establish new measures for recruiting young talent. They design information materials and formats to promote cooperation partnerships and make the training campus visible. Your profile: You have completed a university degree relevant to the area of ​​responsibility (at least a Bachelor's degree/FH diploma), preferably in the field of communications, economics or humanities. Alternatively, you have completed training for the general administrative service in career group 2, 1st entry level, i.e. Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Arts, both HSPV (formerly FHöV) or the administrative course II or Dipl. Verwaltungs(betriebs-)wirt*in. In addition to your degree, you have at least three years of professional experience. You can apply now if you will meet the above requirements by the deadline of June 30, 2025. You are characterized by appropriate, target group-oriented expression and you find it easy to present topics creatively in images, videos and text. Initial professional experience in personnel marketing, personnel recruitment or training is desirable.
