<strong>The Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We're hiring part-time Servers to deliver standout hospitality in a fast-paced taproom environment. As a Server, you're the face of SBC — guiding guests through our beer lineup and food menu, keeping energy high, and making sure every table leaves happy. Pay is minimum + tips, which can be substantial in a high volume environment like here.<br><br>

<strong>What You'll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable service from start to finish</li>
<li>Take and enter orders accurately using our Toast POS system</li>
<li>Make confident recommendations on our rotating beer list and food menu</li>
<li>Deliver food and drinks promptly and maintain table awareness</li>
<li>Keep service stations, tables, and dining areas clean and stocked</li>
<li>Process payments and close checks accurately</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and management</li>
<li>Follow all responsible alcohol service standards</li>
<li>Complete opening, closing, and side work as assigned</li>

<strong>What We're Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>California Food Handler Card (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>
<li>California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification (required by CA ABC within 60 days of hire — we'll guide you through it if needed)</li>
<li>Previous server, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred — but not required if you have the right attitude</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays/plates for extended periods</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Reliable evening, weekend, and holiday availability</li>
<li>A genuine interest in craft beer (or a willingness to learn — we'll train you)</li>

<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Part-time, approximately [15–25] hours per week. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required. Peak hours align with sports events and weekend service.<br><br>
