Javascript development: Write clear, maintainable JavaScript to enhance the functionality and user experience of our Retool applications. Project communication & ownership: Participate actively in client discovery sessions, clearly communicate technical concepts, and gather project requirements. Take ownership of your work, ensuring timely completion, high quality, and effective documentation. Quality assurance & testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of your own solutions, maintaining high-quality standards before delivery to the client. Collaboration & learning: Collaborate with senior architects and team members, proactively asking questions and learning continuously. Adapt quickly to new technologies and integration challenges across various client projects.
