About the Role

We are looking for a Business Associate to work closely with the Business Head and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — ideal for someone who loves solving complex business problems, building processes from scratch, and owning measurable outcome

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Head to identify and execute high-priority business initiatives
• Lead problem-solving, analysis, and business reviews to shape decisions around growth, revenue, and efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to drive execution of business strategies
• Track business KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and develop actionable recommendations
• Plan dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision support
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and opportunity sizing for new product lines
• Support strategic projects such as new product launches, market expansion, and process optimization

Qualification

• 3–4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, analytics, or strategy - ideally within fintech, startups, or high-growth environment

Required Skills

• Strong analytical foundation and comfortable working with data to drive decisions with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, Tableau, Power BI, etc
• Excellent project management skills
• Should be able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced setups
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bias for action - thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from day one
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines
