About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Recruit new affiliates and manage relationships with existing affiliates to ensure maximum performance.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and terms.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement tracking and attribution mechanisms to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to optimize landing pages, creatives, and user experience for affiliate campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continually improve affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize affiliate programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
