- The parish is located just south of Fort Wayne in a rural area.
- Enrollment: 203 students, Pre-K to 8th grade
- We have 16 full-time staff, 11 part-time faculty and staff
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess:
- Be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church and active in their current home parish within the Diocese of Fort Wayne - South Bend with belief in the Catholic Church and her teachings and doctrines.
- Minimum of five years teaching experience - previous administrative experience helpful.
- The candidate will possess or be eligible for an Indiana Elementary Administrative License.
- Evidence of strong leadership, communication, or organizational skills needed to form and guide teachers and staff in the Church’s mission and academic excellence.
Spiritual Leadership:
- Orient all decisions to the school’s adherence to its mission as a ministry of the Parish
- Uphold the Catholic identity of the school
- Participate in school liturgies and worship opportunities
- Provide opportunities for and/or support staff in faith formation
- Ensure school operations and interactions with stakeholders reflect the school’s role as a ministry of the Parish
- Represent the school at the Parish Council
