Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and a supportive environment? Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services and Penacook Place are seeking a dedicated COTA to join our collaborative therapy team.
This unique position allows you to serve two of our premier communities in the Merrimack Valley, located just 20–25 minutes apart.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a clinician to provide high-quality restorative care to our residents across two locations: Lawrence, MA and Haverhill, MA. This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys a change of pace and working with diverse clinical teams.
- Status: Full-Time (32 Hours per Week)

Weekly Schedule
- Monday: Mary Immaculate (Lawrence)
- Tuesday: Penacook Place (Haverhill)
- Wednesday: Split Day (Time shared between both facilities; mileage is fully reimbursed for travel between sites)
- Thursday: Mary Immaculate (Lawrence)
- Friday: Penacook Place (Haverhill)

Qualifications
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Valid license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- Ability to travel between Lawrence and Haverhill (approximately 20–25 minutes).
- A patient-centered approach and strong communication skills.
