Position Summary
In this vital leadership role, you will assist in the planning, organizing, developing, and directing of the overall operations within the Nursing Services Department of MI Nursing/Restorative Center, offering state of the art rehabilitative, memory care and long term care services to 200+ residents. Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing Services, you will ensure that our facility remains in full compliance with Federal, State, and local standards. Your primary goal will be to maintain the highest degree of quality care for our residents at all times.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
We are pleased to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position. This bonus is designed to reward your commitment to our community and will be paid out in two increments: 1/2 at 3 Months and 1/2 at 6 Months
