St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram—now part of a rapidly expanding automotive group—is seeking a proven, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead and scale our newly acquired location.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team
- Oversee all sales operations, including desking deals and closing key opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive volume, gross, and overall profitability
- Leverage multi-store inventory to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement improvements where needed
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from showroom to delivery
- Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to align goals and execution
- Build a strong, performance-driven culture within the dealership
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Sales Manager or GSM experience required
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to recruit, train, and develop talent
- Expertise in desking deals, CRM systems, and sales processes
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
