The Marketing Manager leads strategic planning and integrated marketing campaigns for St. Joseph’s brand, physicians, and service lines (i.e., primary care, oncology, surgery, cardiology, etc.). This individual will implement strategic marketing initiatives that elevate St. Joseph’s Health market position and relevance, increasing patient consideration and conversion. This role acts as an ambassador, thought leader and project manager to guide priority marketing projects from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand / consumer marketing experience in a highly matrixed organization. Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is a plus.
- Experience in building omni-channel marketing plans and go-to-market campaigns informed by data and insights.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA preferred.
