Program Evaluation Participate in evaluation of student learning outcomes and program effectiveness Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaboration Work with clinical partners, advisory committees, and college leadership Support recruitment and program outreach efforts ________________________________________ Minimum Qualifications The Program Director/Instructional Staff must: Possess a minimum of an Associate Degree; and Have documented education or experience in instructional methodology, curriculum design and program planning; and Possess knowledge of the curriculum; and Possess knowledge about the program�s evaluation of student learning and performance. Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency; and Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA); and Have a minimum total of five years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years.
