Employment Systems Benefits Associate

What You’ll Do
As the Employment Systems Benefits Associate, you will play a key role in supporting employee benefits and HR operations by:
- Administering employee benefit programs including enrollments, terminations, COBRA/MN Continuation, and retirement plan processes
- Supporting ACA reporting and compliance activities
- Assisting with open enrollment and life event benefit changes
- Helping ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional employee service
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree or HR-related certification preferred
- 2+ years of benefits administration experience preferred
- Knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG experience is a plus)

Full-Time | Exempt (Salaried)
This position may be structured as on-site, hybrid, or fully remote after initial training depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and business needs.
Salary Range: $53,500-$63,000 DOE
