Little Falls Health Services is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations in a healthcare setting.
This internship is made possible through funding from the Minnesota Department of Health and administered by the Minnesota Hospital Foundation.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization. You’ll gain exposure to key HR functions that directly impact employees and residents.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation preparation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Learn about compliance requirements in healthcare HR
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications
