B2C Customer Service has established itself as an important department at Stöckli Swiss Sports AG and plays a key role in customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, our Customer Service team addresses customer concerns, advises customers during sales discussions, and coordinates inquiries across departments. To support the team at our headquarters in Malters LU , we are looking for a proactive, helpful and team-oriented personality as of 1 September 2025 In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our national and international customers. What else awaits you: You will manage and process all customer inquiries and advise our customers by phone, email and online chat Through daily communication with the customer service team and internal departments, you ensure the smooth running of customer service You are responsible for customer satisfaction and the further development of customer service In addition, you will support the Retail Operations Team with administrative tasks What you bring: You have completed basic training in the commercial sector or in retail and ideally have initial experience in a similar function You are fluent in languages, communicate confidently in German and French, and also have excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage. You enjoy daily customer contact, are customer-oriented, articulate and have very good manners You have a flair for sales and consulting With your quick comprehension and openness, you take on customer concerns and handle them skillfully and efficiently You know MS Office programs very well We offer you an extremely interesting and customer-oriented job in a family environment with modern infrastructure and a good working atmosphere.
