Non-Emergency Medical Driver (Full-Time)

Schedule and Availability:

Driving assignments vary based on client needs. Drivers must be available to work:

• Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Occasional weekend shifts (scheduled in advance & paid out at premium rate)
• Routes planned ahead for consistency and efficiency

What You'll Do:

• Transport clients to medical appointments, rehab facilities, and community outings
• Assist passengers safely with entry and exit (wheelchairs, mobility support, etc)
• Communicate with dispatch and follow structured schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
• Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
• Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
• Willingness to complete are required training and certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Compassionate and caring personality
