Role Description
Rajshree Group of Industries is seeking a full-time SSMMS / SMS Non-Woven Machine Operator for an on-site position in Nahan. The Machine Operator will oversee the efficient operation of the SSMMS/SMS non-woven production machines, ensure adherence to quality standards, and conduct routine maintenance. The position also involves identifying and troubleshooting production issues, maintaining machinery using hand tools, and communicating with the team to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Operation and experience with SSMMS/SMS non-woven machinery
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures to ensure high production standards
- Experience with Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Hand Tools for routine maintenance and adjustments
- Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup
- Technical certifications or relevant training in machine operation or a related field is a plus
