Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SSIS Microsoft - Data Engineer role based in Noida. The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to support Extract Transform Load (ETL) workflows and ensure reliable data movement across systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines, implementing data models, supporting data warehousing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting data processes, improving data quality and performance, and working closely with analytics and application teams to deliver accurate, timely insights. The Data Engineer will also contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of the data platform.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Data Engineering skills, including experience with SSIS, SQL Server, and building robust data pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling and Data Warehousing skills to design scalable schemas and support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Candidates should possess Extract Transform Load (ETL) expertise, including developing, scheduling, and optimizing ETL jobs for diverse data sources.
- Candidates should possess Data Analytics capabilities to support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in SQL, performance tuning, and working with large datasets are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience in on-site collaborative environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are advantageous.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) will be an added advantage.
