Skill: SSIS + ADF + PowerBI
Exp: 7 to 12 years
Loc: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage L1, L2, and L3 support processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Oversee operational stability, SLA/KPI tracking, and service reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives within AMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on or oversight experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Good understanding of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and failure handling.
- Working knowledge of Power BI (preferred), including report usage, refresh issues, and performance considerations.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and data support best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in application/data support, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
- Proven experience managing AMS engagements for data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
