Job Description
Overall responsibility for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and program ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets for the region
Achieve the set Revenue Targets for the given Region by acquiring and Retaining Channel partners. Establish market coverage based on geographical data and ensure partner penetration across the Region Build & motivate expert team of Area Sales Manager & Area Sales Officers & drive incentive schemes Plan, Strategize and implement Channel partner’s engagement to drive high productivity at Retail outlet level. Ensuring the Secondary & primary targets are met at retailer/ distributor level Ensure budgeted Payment Effeciency Index ( PEI. for Distributors Coordinating with Supply chain team for seasonal merchandise Preperation of scheme, new product placement and promotional offers at regional level New market penetration Ensure strategic budgetary plans for the entire F.Y is formulated Distributor recon, distributor inventrory mgt, distributor ROI Sales forecast at SKU level
