Role Description

The SSD (Sales, Service & Development) role at Century Plyboards (I) Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhagalpur. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include market research, identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships with stakeholders, and providing insights to leadership to support strategic decisions. Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Competency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Performance Analysis
  • Experience in Account Management, Negotiation, and Building Client Rapport
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Familiarity with the construction or plywood industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
