Motel Manager

Due to significant growth and expansion plan, we are looking for a person with work experience in hotel and motel both in Australia and China, to be the manager of our motel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administration skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities. Able to live on site and multilingual (especially fluent Mandarin) will definitely be an advantage. Key Criteria: Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance Observing accommodation, health and other laws and regulations Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation. Preferred: Reliable and trustworthy with cheerful and pleasant personality; Tertiary qualifications in hotel/motel management Experience in, or a clear understanding of the hotel/hospitality industries Experience in front desk operation, staff management and general administration Connection in hotel/motel industry in Asian countries, and speaks fluent Mandarin or other Asian languages
