At the Venture Development Centre, GITAM University, I serve as Senior Venture Coach and RSG Program Manager. I designed and led pre-incubation and Founders Lab programs to support early-stage startups. I developed student venture pipelines and coordinated 15 coaches across Visakhapatnam, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. I secured government grants (DERBi, NIDHI Prayas, IIIT-H, Northeastern University) and set up prototyping labs. I created SOPs for pre-incubation, boosting efficiency. I organized workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and flagship events like "Smartideathon," "Littlepreneurs," and "Studentpreneurs," while fostering strong industry-academia ties with mentors, investors, and enablers to build a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
