Media Analyst

Fresher - Media Analyst Role (Postgraduate) Support media analytics by analyzing broadcast and print media, generating client-specific insights and newsletters, managing multiple client accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality reports and client training. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidate must have a post graduate degree. Responsibilities: • Utilize proprietary tools to analyse traditional, broadcast and social media content for your clients. • Curate and publish daily and weekly newsletters based on requirements of the client within time-based deadlines with high accuracy and quality. • Monitor and manage client communications, updates and requests. Be the trusted point of contact for all accounts assigned. • Perform sentiment and tonality analysis of the media coverage. • Derive insights from the analysis performed. Succinctly communicate the insights. • Manage and own account documentation for assigned accounts. • Collaborate with Associate Analysts, other Media Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and the Client Success team to achieve customer goals and provide in-depth media analysis
