We’re hiring a Sr Web Developer for our client (Code Name:CORE) - CORE delivers
innovative procurement and financial process solutions to help organizations optimize
operations and drive business value.
As a key member of the CORE team, you will own the end-to-end development and
delivery of scalable software solutions that support critical business processes. This role
requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and
a strong sense of ownership over product quality and performance. You will contribute
to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure that deliverables align
with CORE’s high standards for innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications that meet business
requirements.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver
high-quality features on schedule.
● Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
● Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best
practices.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
● Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for ongoing knowledge
sharing.
● Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and team growth.
● Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance
and scalability.
Required Skills
● Strong proficiency in software development using modern programming languages such
as Java, C#, or Python.
● Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS application development.
● Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns
and testing methodologies.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
● Proven ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
● Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Nice to Have
● Experience with microservices architecture.
● Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
● Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
● Background in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions.
● Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
● Understanding of security best practices in software development.
