Job Summary
IWPS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Developer to design and build advanced web platforms that power Workplace Performance Index (WPI) systems, Digital Twins, and Wx1.ai-driven intelligent solutions.
This role focuses on creating scalable, data-driven applications that connect real-world workplace data with digital systems for monitoring, analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms
- Build responsive UI/UX with modern frontend frameworks
- Develop robust backend services and APIs
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability
WPI (Workplace Performance Index) Systems
- Develop and maintain WPI dashboards and analytics platforms
- Visualize KPIs, workforce metrics, and operational performance
- Implement real-time data tracking and reporting systems
Digital Twin Integration
- Build and manage Digital Twin applications representing real-world environments
- Integrate IoT, sensor data, and enterprise systems into web platforms
- Enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and predictive insights
- Work on data visualization including 2D/3D representations
Wx1.ai & Intelligent Systems
- Integrate Wx1.ai for AI-driven automation and insights
- Develop intelligent workflows and predictive analytics features
- Enhance user experience with AI-powered recommendations
API & Data Integration
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and real-time data services
- Work with streaming technologies (WebSockets, MQTT, etc.)
- Ensure seamless integration between WPI, Digital Twin, and AI systems
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead architecture and technical decision-making
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product, AI, IoT, and business teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of API design and system integration
Domain Expertise
- Experience in:
- Workplace Performance Index (WPI) or KPI dashboards
- Digital Twin platforms or real-time simulation systems
- AI/ML integrations (preferably Wx1.ai or similar)
- Understanding of IoT data pipelines and real-time analytics
Tools & Platforms
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Version Control: Git
Experience
- 5–7+ years in web development
- Proven experience in data-driven, real-time, or enterprise platforms
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
