Technical Proficiency
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
• Thorough understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging digital content.
Data Management
• Organize, maintain, and manage media assets including video footage, graphics, audio files, and project resources.
• Establish and follow systematic file management processes to ensure seamless accessibility and collaboration.
• Implement best practices for asset storage, version control, and project organization to improve workflow efficiency.
Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign goals and content requirements.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
• Support project planning and execution by ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Contribute to maintaining smooth project workflows and effective asset management across teams.
Feedback, Improvement & Adaptability
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve editing quality and creative output.
• Stay updated with emerging video editing trends, tools, and digital content formats.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and business priorities.
