We are seeking an experienced Veeva Consultant to support a client in Veeva implementation projects. The role will focus on providing advisory support across all migration activities, supporting business readiness, driving user adoption, and leading end-user training and change management initiatives, while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and project deliverables.
In addition, the consultant will play a key role in establishing clear and effective communication channels across business and technical teams, ensuring timely updates, risk visibility, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Strong documentation skills are essential, including the creation and maintenance of migration plans, training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support smooth transitions and long-term sustainability. The consultant should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to facilitate understanding and adoption across diverse user groups.
Demonstrated experience in advisory and delivery roles across Veeva QualityDocs implementation initiatives, shaping end-to-end solution design, supporting migration from legacy systems, and enabling business adoption and compliance in regulated environments
Contract Duration - 6 months (with a clause of ending the contract by giving 15 days notice)
Work timings - 5.03 p.m - 2.30 a.m (IST)

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with client stakeholders and Veeva SMEs to support migration activities
- Assist in requirements gathering and ensure alignment with business needs
- Own documentation of key discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Support creation and refinement of business workflows ahead of migration
- Track Veeva deliverables and assess their impact on the client
- Ensure operational readiness through workflow alignment, process harmonization, and user enablement.
- Participate in client and Veeva project meetings
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and actions for leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify in-scope documents and processes
- Support training and change management activities, including stakeholder communications
- Ensure adherence to project standards and consistency across deliverables
- Identify, analyse, and escalate risks and dependencies
- Conducted interviews with key business users to collect requirements and business process information.
- Support internal capability development and proposal activities where required, while actively contributing to capability building.
- Identify and articulate opportunities for AI enablement within Veeva implementation engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Veeva implementations , including:
- Veeva QualityDocs
- Veeva RIM or any other Clinical vault
- Proven experience in Readiness activities, including SOP updates, Testing, change management, and system integrations
- Prior experience of managing office hours, delivering RIM and QualityDocs demos, developing FAQs, and training support for global users along with Veeva.
- Prior experience working with large pharmaceutical clients on Veeva implementation and migration projects
- Experience supporting content migration in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and workflow/process mapping
- Experience in change management and training support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to track deliverables, timelines, and risks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Veeva-certified candidates preferred
- Experience in life sciences or regulated industries
- Familiarity with GxP and compliance requirements
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
