About the Role
We are looking for a strong UX/Product Designer who combines excellent visual design instincts with deep experience designing complex enterprise web applications.
This is not a “make screens look pretty” role.
We need someone who can think structurally, simplify complexity, design scalable workflows, and rapidly turn ambiguous product ideas into polished, production-ready experiences using modern AI-assisted design workflows.
The right person has exceptional design judgment, understands enterprise users, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and knows how to create interfaces that feel modern, clean, intuitive, and commercially credible.
A weak designer will optimize for trends and visuals.
A strong designer will understand workflows, hierarchy, usability, information density, and business context.
That distinction matters heavily for this role.
What You’ll Work On
You will design modern AI-native web applications across areas such as:
- Enterprise SaaS platforms
- AI and Generative AI applications
- Multi-step workflows and operational systems
- Document intelligence platforms
- Data-heavy dashboards and admin interfaces
- Human-in-the-loop AI experiences
- Workflow orchestration and collaboration tools
- Search, insights, and analytics experiences
You’ll collaborate directly with product leadership, engineering, and stakeholders to shape both UX strategy and execution.
Core ResponsibilitiesProduct & UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for complex web applications
- Translate ambiguous requirements into intuitive workflows and interfaces
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Simplify complex workflows without oversimplifying functionality
- Design scalable component systems and reusable patterns
- Balance usability, density, speed, and visual clarity for enterprise users
Visual & Interaction Design
- Create polished, modern, professional UI designs
- Develop strong visual hierarchy, spacing systems, typography, and interaction patterns
- Design responsive experiences across desktop and tablet workflows
- Maintain consistency across products and modules
- Ensure interfaces feel premium and commercially credible
AI-Assisted Design Workflows
- Use modern AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, mockups, workflows, and iteration speed
- Leverage tools such as:
- Figma AI
- Lovable
- v0
- Cursor
- Midjourney
- Relume
- Framer AI
- Other emerging AI-assisted UX workflows
- Rapidly iterate concepts while maintaining high-quality design standards
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Participate in product discussions and UX strategy decisions
- Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale
- Incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback effectively
Required QualificationsDesign Expertise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UX/UI work for complex web applications
- Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS or workflow-heavy applications
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Ability to organize complex information into intuitive interfaces
Technical & Tooling Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience creating scalable design systems and component libraries
- Strong prototyping capabilities
- Familiarity with modern frontend patterns and responsive design constraints
- Experience using AI-assisted design and productivity tools
Product Thinking
- Strong understanding of user workflows and operational systems
- Ability to think beyond screens and understand business processes
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
- Ability to independently drive design initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI/GenAI applications
- Experience with dashboard-heavy or analytics-heavy platforms
- Experience designing collaboration or workflow orchestration systems
- Understanding of enterprise B2B software UX challenges
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows
- Experience working with developers in agile environments
