Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior UX Designer at Persistent Systems. As part of the team, you will work on a platform with project manager of the project to create impactful and innovative digital experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research,creating engaging prototypes, and crafting visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, translate them into actionable insights, and deliver user-centric solutions. You should have a strong portfolio with good handle on Figma and Design system. Working in the area of E commerce of commercial rental business will be added advantage. Also you should have handled a team of 3/4 designers.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design, including wireframing, process flows, and user journeys
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative problem-solving approaches.
- Familiarity with design tools and software such as Figma is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
- Min work experience 5 years
