Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior US Taxation Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and partnerships in compliance with US tax regulations. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth tax analysis, identifying tax-saving opportunities, staying updated on the latest tax laws, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in US Taxation practices, including preparation and review of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Proficiency in tax planning, compliance, and regulatory updates related to US tax laws
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tax software and tools, and familiarity with automation tools to improve efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and work effectively within a team
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA or EA certification preferred
- Prior experience in public accounting or working with Big 4 firms is a plus
