Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident
International Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls with customers in the
USA market . The candidate will communicate with potential clients, explain services/products, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities .
- Provide accurate information about products/services .
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build rapport .
- Update CRM or call records with details of conversations.
- Follow company scripts and achieve daily/weekly targets .
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening).
- Neutral or clear accent for international clients .
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills .
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone) .
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and MS Office .
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills .
- Team handling experience is must.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate .
- Experience in International BPO / Call Center preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
