Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation IT Park Chandigarh
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US staffing processes, job portals, and visa types.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate compensation and finalize offers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill requirements
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or IT)
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Familiarity with US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Preferred Skills- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Work Environment- Shift: Night shift (aligned with US time zones)
- Work mode: On-site / Remote / Hybrid (based on company)
