Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements
- Source candidates through job portals (Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and networking
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/clients
- Negotiate rates, terms, and manage offer processes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing
- Strong understanding of Automotive, Aerospace and IT domain roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Boolean search, monster, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with direct clients/VMS/MSP
- Exposure to ATS tools (like Oorwin)
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
Work Timings:
- US Shift (Night Shift) - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
